Allen Gressett realized early in life that he was meant to help others. Passionate in his endeavors, he strives to protect the rights of each client and to make sure every person has an opportunity to be heard. Having worked at the Hinds County Public Defender’s Office and with the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project, he knows the value of sound legal representation.
Mr. Gressett graduated with honors from Mississippi State University in 2006 where he was active on campus and in the community. He then attended Mississippi College School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2010. While at Mississippi College, he served as president of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity and won numerous awards as a member of the school’s nationally ranked Moot Court Board. Mr. Gressett is admitted to practice before all courts in both Mississippi and Tennessee.
Mr. Gressett’s areas of practice include mass tort litigation, automobile liability, medical malpractice, premises liability and insurance bad faith.
